Preventative Maintenance Sales Representative

Cox Engineering Service Division is seeking a Preventative Maintenance Sales Representative. If you are looking for a career where you can build up your own book of business and have unlimited potential growth and advancement, this may be the job for you! 

Requirements:

  • Pursuing Preventative Maintenance Ageement leads generated by New Business Development Representatives and assisting in nurturing new clients into long term customers
  • Surveying customer sites to determine the customers’ relevant HVAC maintenance needs
  • Assessing the labor and material resources required to support customer maintenance through use of maintenance estimating software
  • Generating Preventive Maintenance Agreement proposals for the maintenance of a wide range of HVAC equipment

Technical Sales Representative

Cox Engineering Service Division is seeking a Technical Sales Representative. This is a relatively new position being develiped to support the growth of our existing customer/contract base. The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of the HVAC industry and be eager to grow in the field. As a Technical Sales Representative you will be responsible for:

Requirements:

  • Generating estimates and proposals for the repair, replacement, retrofit and/or design of HVAC equipment and systems for our existing customer base
  • Following up on technical leads generated by New Business Development Representatives and assisting in nurturing new clients into long term customers
  • Managing award projects through coordination with vendors, subcontractors and Cox Engineering’s operations department
  • Verifying that correct equipment/materials are sent by vendors
  • Working productively and creatively with the service sales and operations group
  • Providing support to our existing customer base including assisting internal and external customers with any additional needs that they may have
  • Maintaining and nurturing new and existing customer relationships
  • Maintaining positive communications with all Cox Engineering Divisions to facilitate growth and opportunity for our company and our associates
  • Supporting the Service Group’s booking objectives at target gross profits in a timely and high-quality manner
  • Promoting sales and increasing market share by introducing company products and business solutions

Project Manager

Cox Engineering is currently seeking a Project Manager to join the team under the Cox Construction division. In order to meet the neads of the department, the ideal candidate will be a motivated and organized individual.

Requirements:

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and interact well with clients in on-line coordination meetings and on-site
  • Represent Cox from a coordination standpoint in all internal and external meetings
  • Ensure deliverables are being completed within the established timeframes, cost plan and within defined customer expectations
  • Ensure the required Safety, Health & Environmental standards are being achieved and regulatory conditions are being met
  • Communicate project progress to the customer, Operations Manager, and team regularly and in a timely manner
  • Proactively manage foreseen project risk, mitigating as necessary
  • Manage changes to the project without unduly affecting the stated objectives and benefits

Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years Project Management experience in HVAC preferred
  • Ability to draw HVAC pipe using CAD a plus
  • Must have excellent Microsoft Office Skills, specifically Word and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven ability to work closely and efficiently with clients and co-workers in a professional, business environment
