Key Highlights / Scope of Work

The retrofit of the Lui Laboratory and office spaces within the Naito Chemistry Building, included the installation of specialty ductwork and piping systems tailored to laboratory requirements.

Challenges Faced

Approximately 90% of the ductwork installed for the project was welded stainless steel, meeting Harvard’s stringent laboratory specifications. The installation took place in limited space, requiring precise routing and maneuvering, as the building remained fully operational and occupied by Harvard staff and students.
