Bristol-Myers Squibb -Manufacturing Facility

Some jobs present unique challenges and special performances; the manufacturing facility for Bristol-Myers Squibb located in Devens MA was the perfect example of this.  Cox Engineering's expert sheet metal team fabricated and installed close to one million pounds of ductwork in less than a year while coordinating with multiple trades and sharing the construction space with close to 400 workers. 

Additional challenges to the project included the extensive validation and testing procedures required for pharmaceutical facilities.  Every lot of duct was validated in the shop, covered and protected, shipped, validated again, installed and validated and tested for a last time.  Cox Engineering's extensive experience working in the bio-pharmaceutical Field ensured these extra challenges were met and the project completed successfully.
